The citrusy aroma of this oil makes it useful as an antidepressant. In contrast to many of the grapefruit oils available, Lunamy uses white grapefruit, also known as pomelo, for its especially pleasant fragrance. Popular ways to enjoy it include placing a few drops in a warm bath to aid relaxation or adding a few drops to a diffuser to stimulate mental well-being.
