Sage oil has been traditionally used as an antibacterial in preparations for skin diseases. It is also used for aiding memory, reducing menstrual pain, alleviating symptoms of sinusitis and asthma, and as an antidepressant. Add 1-2 drops to a diffuser to aid inhalation and stimulate mental well-being.
